The hydraulic motor and pump are at the heart of any hydraulic
system, which accounts for their great importance. Another reason to dedicate a
department exclusively to motors and pumps is their intricate
internal construction.
Each motor or pump assessed by this department is identified
and taken apart fully, then each component is
tested for wear and tear,
cracks and associated defects. After replacing all
the damaged parts with original replacements, a dry run
test is performed through the company's unique testing
machine.
The testing machine contains about 400
litres of hydraulic oil, which goes through a 5 micron filter
and is operated by a powerful electrical engine, allowing it to
test the largest of pumps.
